**Position:** **Social Media Operations professional** (Chinese speaker) **Location:** Georgia (relocation required) **About the Role:** On behalf of our client, a fast\-growing iGaming company, we are seeking a dynamic **Social Media Operations professional (Chinese speaking)** to join the office in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this role, you will take full ownership of the company's social media presence in key Latin American markets, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and user acquisition through culturally tailored content strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead content strategy and growth planning for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, etc.) in overseas markets, with a primary focus on Brazil and Mexico. Develop high\-quality official social media pages and matrix accounts. * Demonstrate the ability to grow accounts from scratch, including establishing brand tone, content matrix, and fan communities, while rapidly achieving user growth. * Conduct in\-depth research on local user culture, trending topics, memes, and entertainment trends in overseas markets to produce highly engaging and interactive content. * Plan and execute topic challenges, online campaigns, and community interactions to enhance fan loyalty and conversion. * Analyze content performance data and user behavior to continuously optimize content and operational strategies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Content Creation, or related fields. * At least 3 years of experience in media operations or content strategy/management within the iGaming industry. * Familiar with overseas social media platform mechanics and user growth strategies, with the ability to adapt content across different cultures. * Fluent in **Chinese** and **basic English**. **What We Offer:** * A competitive salary package. * Relocation package including flight ticket, visa expenses, accommodation, and meals. * Extensive opportunities for professional development and career growth within a fast\-paced, expanding company.
