Skilled Workers

• Perform assigned construction and site-related tasks based on trade specialization (Steel Fixer, Carpenter, Helper, etc.). • Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and supervisor directions. • Carry out installation, assembly, and fabrication work as required. • Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently. • Ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards. • Follow all company and site health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Assist team members and supervisors with daily site activities. • Report equipment defects, material shortages, or safety hazards promptly. • Support ongoing Oil & Gas construction and maintenance projects. • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the applied trade. • Experience in construction or Oil & Gas projects is preferred. • Skilled in trade-specific tasks such as steel fixing, carpentry, or general site work. • Physically fit and able to work in a demanding site environment. • Good understanding of workplace safety procedures. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Must be currently residing in the UAE. • Indian nationals currently in the UAE preferred. • Immediate joiners will be given preference. • Secondary School education or an ITI/Trade Certificate is an advantage.
