1) Planning Engineers.
a) B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering mandatory.
b) 6-9 years of experience in O&G / Petrochemical / Refinery Projects.
c) Should be good in statistical analytics
d) Candidates with hands-on experience in Construction Support Services like scaffolding,
e) Insulation and fireproofing will be most suitable and preferrable.
f) Hands-on experience with MS office suite and planning software like Primavera, StatPro etc.
g) Good command on English language is mandatory
h) Age limit: Maximum 33 years of age
i) Gulf experience is mandatory
2) Site Managers.
a) Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field. Equivalent technical qualifications with relevant experience may also be considered.
b) 8 12 years of experience in industrial construction or maintenance, preferably in Oil & Gas (O&G) / Petrochemical / Refinery projects.
c) Hands-on experience in scaffolding, insulation, and/or fireproofing works is required.
d) Experience in EPC/EPCM projects, site execution, workforce supervision, and construction planning is preferred.
e) Ability to read drawings, plan daily activities, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
f) Ability to manage site teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and achieve project targets.
g) Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required.
h) Age Limit: Maximum 42 years.
i) Gulf experience is mandatory
3) Insulation Supervisor.
a) Minimum 5 6 years of experience as an Insulation Supervisor in industrial projects.
b) Previous experience in ME (Mechanical/Energy-related) projects is mandatory.
c) Experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, or power plant projects is preferred.
d) Good knowledge of hot and cold insulation works, including thermal insulation and personnel protection.
e) Ability to read and understand isometric drawings, insulation drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
f) Ability to supervise and manage insulation technicians, fabricators, and helpers at site.
g) Capable of planning daily activities, allocating manpower, and monitoring work progress.
h) Ability to coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC inspectors, safety officers, and other departments
i) Good command on English and Hindi language.
j) Age limit: Maximum 40 years of age
k) Gulf experience is mandatory
