**Job Summary:** El Rizk Contracting is seeking an experienced Site Machinery Operations Manager to direct the mobilization, deployment, maintenance, and safe operation of heavy construction equipment and fleet machinery across project sites to ensure maximum operational efficiency and minimal downtime. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee site machinery dispatch, scheduling, and efficient daily deployment of heavy construction equipment. * Establish and monitor preventive maintenance schedules, repair protocols, and inspection routines for all fleet assets. * Manage heavy machinery operators and mechanics, enforcing strict operational standards and site safety protocols. * Track fuel consumption, equipment utilization metrics, and operational costs to maintain project budget targets. * Conduct regular site visits to inspect machinery performance, site safety conditions, and operator compliance. * Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to meet equipment requirements and project timelines promptly. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Management, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in heavy construction machinery and fleet management. * **Skills:** Expert knowledge of heavy equipment systems (hydraulics, engines, mechanical repairs), site safety codes, and maintenance scheduling. * **Competencies:** Strong leadership, budget tracking, quick troubleshooting, and effective team coordination. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٨٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
