On-Site Network Deployment Lead

**Job Summary:** Tech Lodge Field Services is seeking an experienced On\-Site Network Deployment Lead to direct field technicians, manage the installation of enterprise network infrastructure, oversee cable pulling, hardware mounting, and switch/router configurations, and ensure seamless client cutovers at project sites. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead on\-site technical teams during physical network installations, structured cabling runs, rack mounting, and hardware deployments. * Configure, test, and troubleshoot enterprise networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. * Verify site readiness, review network topologies, and enforce strict adherence to engineering designs and cabling standards. * Conduct post\-installation testing, signal diagnostics, and network bandwidth validation to ensure full operational readiness. * Manage client site handovers, complete technical sign\-off documentation, and maintain precise physical asset inventories. * Enforce site safety regulations, quality control measures, and project timelines during field operations. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in field network deployment, structured cabling, and IT infrastructure projects, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role. * **Certifications:** CCNA, CCNP, Network\+, or equivalent industry certifications highly preferred. * **Skills:** Proficient with Cisco/MikroTik/Ubiquiti hardware, fiber optic/CAT6 termination, VLAN configuration, and network diagnostics. * **Competencies:** Strong site leadership, analytical troubleshooting, clear technical reporting, and willingness to travel to client sites. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٦٬٤٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
