Site Inspector

• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Inspect workmanship, materials, and ongoing construction activities. • Promptly identify and report site issues, discrepancies, defective works, or non-compliance to the Project Engineer. • Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers regarding drawings, materials, work progress, and site requirements. • Monitor construction progress and immediately report delays or concerns. • Observe site safety practices and report unsafe conditions or violations. • Maintain accurate daily site reports and provide regular progress updates. • Assist the Consultant's engineering team with site inspections, snagging, and follow-up of corrective works. • Educated, with the ability to read, understand, and communicate site instructions effectively. • Previous construction site experience with a sound understanding of construction methods, drawings, materials, and quality standards. • Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu are essential. • Familiarity with UAE construction practices, site regulations, and health and safety requirements. • Strong observation, coordination, and reporting skills. • Must be proactive, efficient, and prompt in identifying and immediately reporting site issues to the Project Engineer. • Responsible, organized, and capable of independently monitoring daily site activities.
