**Maven Building Contracting is Hiring**
**Site Engineer**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project plans and safety protocols.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
* Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
* Monitor work progress and prepare daily site reports.
* Conduct inspections and ensure quality control measures are implemented.
* Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
* Maintain proper site documentation including material records, inspection logs, and progress updates.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in construction projects.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, project planning, and safety practices.
* Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
