Greetings from Emirates International Facility Management JOB POSITION: Site Supervisor - Joinery Factory Duties & Responsibilities • Joinery Knowledge – Doors, Kitchens, Wardrobes, etc. • Blueprint Reading – Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. • Material Knowledge – Familiarity with wood, veneer, MDF, and other joinery materials. • Quality Control – Ensuring standards and specifications are met. • Documentation Knowledge – Experience with MIRs, WIRs, payment applications, etc. • Time Management – Efficient planning and execution of tasks. • Project Coordination – Managing site activities and resources effectively. • Client Interaction – Professional communication and relationship management. • Reporting – Regular updates and documentation of site progress. Education : Diploma in Civil Technology or related field. Experience : 3 to 8 years.
