Site Engineer \- Interior Fit\-Out Company: Style Space Interiors LLC Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full\-time Position Overview Style Space Interiors LLC is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate interior fit\-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily site operations, workforce management, quality control, progress monitoring, and ensuring that all targets assigned by the Project Manager are achieved on time. Key Responsibilities \* Supervise and manage daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of works. \* Set clear daily work targets for workers and labourers based on the targets given by the Project Manager. \* Properly distribute work among workers and labourers according to their skills and the project requirements. \* Ensure that the assigned daily targets are completed within the same working day. \* Monitor worker productivity throughout the day and take immediate action if progress is below the required target. \* Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel. \* Supervise interior fit\-out works including tiling, gypsum works, painting, joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, partitions, ceilings, and related works. \* Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and required quality standards. \* Check workmanship and materials and ensure proper installation. \* Take site measurements and verify quantities where required. \* Prepare daily progress updates and report completed work to the Project Manager. \* Identify delays, material shortages, technical issues, or manpower requirements and report them immediately. \* Coordinate with the Project Manager to resolve site issues and maintain the project schedule. \* Ensure proper site housekeeping, safety, discipline, and efficient use of materials and tools. \* Minimize material wastage and ensure workers use company materials and tools responsibly. Daily Target \& Workforce Management The Site Engineer will be responsible for converting the Project Manager’s project targets into clear daily targets for the workers and labourers. The Site Engineer must: \* Receive the required work target from the Project Manager. \* Divide the target into practical daily targets for each worker, labourer, or team. \* Clearly communicate the assigned target and expected completion time to the workforce. \* Monitor progress throughout the working day. \* Ensure workers remain focused on their assigned tasks. \* Arrange manpower efficiently to avoid unnecessary downtime. \* Take corrective action if the daily target is not being achieved. \* Ensure the assigned daily target is completed on the same day, wherever reasonably achievable. \* Report the completed quantity and progress to the Project Manager at the end of each working day. \* Immediately report any genuine issue that prevents completion of the target, including material shortages, access restrictions, technical issues, or other site constraints. Performance Expectations Performance will be evaluated based on: \* Achievement of daily, weekly, and project targets. \* Worker and labour productivity. \* Quality of completed work. \* Effective workforce coordination. \* Timely reporting and follow\-up. \* Proper site management and discipline. \* Ability to prevent and minimize delays. \* Compliance with safety and company requirements. Requirements \* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field. \* 1–3 years of relevant experience in interior fit\-out or construction. \* Good knowledge of interior fit\-out works and construction materials. \* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts. \* Good site coordination and workforce management skills. \* Good spoken and written English. \* Hindi\-speaking candidates are preferred. \* UAE experience is an advantage. \* UAE driving licence is an advantage.
