Support Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting • Support the BP&A team with strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. • Assist with the preparation and consolidation of financial information. • Work with the team to ensure financial information is accurate and delivered on time. Develop Your Financial Analysis Skills • Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports. • Analyse financial information and help identify trends, risks and opportunities. • Support follow-ups with business teams on financial performance and reporting requirements. • Build your understanding of how financial insights support business decisions. Gain Exposure to Projects & Automation • Support finance automation and improvement initiatives. • Assist with project reporting, analysis and follow-up activities. • Learn how technology and data can improve financial processes and reporting. Collaborate Across the Business • Work closely with BP&A colleagues and different business stakeholders. • Support the team with regular reporting and business requirements. • Build strong working relationships while developing your understanding of Al-Futtaim Retail. We’re looking for an ambitious and analytical graduate who is interested in building a career in Finance and Business Planning . • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related field . • Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above . • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience . • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Good communication, planning and organisational skills. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office . • Interest in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business performance. • Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
