ServiceNow Technical Lead

• Architect and design scalable, robust ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and best practices. • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. • Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to coding standards for all ServiceNow implementations. • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks. • Required Skills Primary technical and functional skills Proposed must-haves: JavaScript/Glide APIs, business rules, client/server scripting, ACLs, scoped applications and Flow Designer; hands-on REST authentication, error handling and transformations. Apply secure coding, source/update-set controls, testing, upgrade-conflict resolution and rollback design. Screening: code review and integration-failure scenario, supported by production. • Key Deliverables Expected outputs and outcomes from the resource Approved solution/integration designs; reusable engineering patterns; reviewed code/configuration and tested integrations; regression/upgrade assessments and deployment/rollback plans. Maintain scoped-app standards, technical-debt backlog and control-ready evidence. Hand over source records and BAU runbooks, coach internal engineers and document partner knowledge-transfer acceptance. Certifications e.g. AWS Certified, PMP, CISSP, Azure, ITIL Proposed mandatory: current ServiceNow CSA, Certified Application Developer (CAD), and CIS-ITSM. Desirable: implementation credentials aligned to assigned integration/ITOM scope and architecture qualifications.
