Servicenow Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical & Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to join our Enterprise Technology team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining technical development with functional consulting to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise risk, compliance, and vendor management initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Catalog Items, and other ServiceNow platform capabilities. Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub. Configure and enhance TPRM processes, including vendor onboarding, risk assessments, due diligence, issue management, remediation, and continuous monitoring. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, Procurement, Risk, and Compliance to deliver business-focused solutions. Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and platform standards. • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. • Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). • Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and IntegrationHub. • Experience building REST API integrations with enterprise applications. • Strong understanding of ITSM, IRM/GRC, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. • Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Third-Party Risk Management (CIS-TPRM) (strongly preferred) • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • Experience with enterprise risk, compliance, procurement, or vendor management processes is an advantage
