ServiceNow Architect

• Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and best practices. • Lead the technical design and development of complex ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps, ensuring seamless integration. • Develop and enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and development guidelines to maintain platform integrity and consistency. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and propose innovative solutions. • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Holds active ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Master Architect or multiple CSA/CAD certifications. • Demonstrates 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture and development. • Possesses a deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and other key ServiceNow modules and their interdependencies.
