* Welcome guests, introduce the menu, promotions, and assist with orders and recommendations. * Explain menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. * Ensure accurate order taking, timely delivery, and keep customers informed. * Assemble and serve meals properly, including adding required condiments. * Follow supervisor instructions and support daily operations. * Handle cash transactions accurately (announce totals, payments, and return change correctly). * Provide assistance to customers with special needs. * Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain brand standards. * Contribute to achieving targets, cost control, and service improvements. * Assist with stock and inventory management.
