**JOB DESCRIPTION: SERVICE CREW** **Position:** Service Crew **Department:** Operations **Industry:** Food \& Beverage **Job Summary** We are looking for friendly, energetic, and hardworking **Service Crew** members to join our F\&B team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Front of House (FOH):** * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. * Take and process customer orders accurately and upsell. * Serve food and beverages according to company standards. * Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas. * Handle customer requests and concerns professionally. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards. **Back of House (BOH):** * Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations. * Performing food preparation tasks such as preparing chicken, frying it in oil, prepare sandwiches, wraps or biscuits using proper safety precautions and sanitary measures. * Follow recipes, portion control, and food preparation standards. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas. * Handle and store food and raw materials properly. * Follow food safety and health \& safety procedures. * Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock handling. * Support the kitchen team during busy operating hours. * Participating in training activities to improve service skills and knowledge of brand promotions and products. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of fast\-food experience is a **must** ***(Resumes without FastFood experience will not be contacted)*** * Good teamwork skills and fair communication. * Positive attitude and customer\-focused approach. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Good personal hygiene and grooming. * Ability to follow company policies and procedures. * Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. * Hands\-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. POS) Benefits * **Air Ticket:** Ticket provided upon completion of **2 years of service**, as per company policy. * **Medical Insurance:** Medical insurance coverage provided through a private hospital. * **Duty Meal:** One meal per working day provided while on duty. * **Overtime:** Overtime compensation provided in accordance with Bahrain Labour Law. * **Target Incentives:** Opportunity to earn performance\-based target incentives based on achieving assigned targets. * **Career Development:** Training and opportunities to develop skills within the F\&B industry. **Join our team and be part of a fast\-paced and growing F\&B environment!** Pay: BD180\.000 per month Application Question(s): * Are you willing to relocate to Bahrain for a full\-time F\&B position? * Which country are you currently residing in? * Are you willing to complete a minimum of 2 years of service to be eligible for the company air\-ticket benefit? * If selected, how soon can you be available to travel to Bahrain?
