**Job Description \- Omani nationality is required.** The Senior System Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing system solutions, and ensuring that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. The role works closely with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to improve business processes, support system implementation, manage testing activities, and ensure successful delivery of business applications. \- Responsibilities * Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. * Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). * Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements. * Work with business users, developers, and vendors to deliver system enhancements. * Perform gap analysis and evaluate proposed solutions. * Support system implementation and coordinate project activities. * Develop functional specifications and process documentation. * Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate business requirements. * Identify, investigate, and resolve system issues and defects. * Prepare user guides, technical documentation, and reports. * Conduct user training and provide post\-implementation support. * Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements. Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. * **8\+ years of experience** as a System Analyst or in a similar role. * **5\+ years of experience** working with ERP, financial, or enterprise systems. * **3\+ years of experience** with taxation systems (e.g., VAT, Income Tax, e\-Invoicing) is preferred. * Experience in business analysis, system implementation, system integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Experience working with software development teams and third\-party vendors. Skills \& Competencies * Strong business analysis and problem\-solving skills. * Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process documentation. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Knowledge of process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io. * Good organizational and project coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. * Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Fluent in English.
