Senior Supervisor – UHT Products Warehouse

### **Job Summary:** Responsible for leading and overseeing the daily activities of the UHT Products Warehouse, ensuring proper storage of UHT products according to temperature, quality, safety, and shelf\-life requirements. The role provides leadership and guidance to Supervisors and warehouse staff, ensures accurate inventory management and order fulfillment, coordinates with Sales Dispatch for timely shipments, and drives continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and operations### **Key Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Lead and oversee daily operations in the UHT Products Warehouse. * Ensure UHT products are stored according to temperature and quality standards. * Supervise and guide Supervisors and warehouse staff in daily operations. * Oversee picking, packing, and dispatching of UHT products accurately and on time. * Review cycle counts and stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies. * Coordinate with the Sales Dispatch Office to prioritize orders and ensure timely shipment. * Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and inventory accuracy. * Ensure compliance with KDD safety protocols and identify and mitigate workplace hazards. * Oversee warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance or support when required. * Ensure proper handling and storage of products in line with safety, quality, and shelf\-life requirements. * Resolve operational challenges and improve warehouse workflows. * Deputize for the Manager – Finished Goods Storage when required. * Lead HSE compliance, safety inspections, hazard reporting, and HSE audits. * Support manpower planning and identify staffing shortages or unutilized manpower. * Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance support to Supervisors and warehouse staff. * Provide input on performance appraisals, promotions, increments, and training needs. * Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth warehouse operations. * Monitor attendance and leave and ensure adequate replacements. * Prepare and submit regular and customized operational reports to the Direct Manager. ### **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Minimum **9 years of experience** in Warehouse Operations within **Dairy Manufacturing, FMCG, or a related field**. * Previous experience in a **supervisory role** is required. * **Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field**. * **Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred**. * Good command of **English or Arabic**, both verbal and written.
