Senior Software Development Engineer

**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain high\-quality software applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross\-functional teams, and mentor junior developers while ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain software applications. * Lead technical design and code reviews. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. * Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams. * Mentor junior developers and promote best practices. * Ensure software quality, security, and performance. * Prepare technical documentation. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * Strong proficiency in Java, C\#, Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages. * Experience with databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and version control (Git). * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to lead projects and work effectively in a team.
