**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Visual Director to lead the creative vision and execution of commercial visual projects across marketing, branding, retail, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee visual strategy, manage creative teams, and ensure high\-quality visual content that enhances brand identity and drives business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development and execution of commercial visual strategies. * Direct creative production for advertising, branding, retail, and digital campaigns. * Manage designers, photographers, videographers, and external creative partners. * Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and marketing goals. * Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control. * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns. * Monitor design trends and drive creative innovation. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field. * Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, branding, and digital creative work. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. * Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to lead multiple creative projects in a fast\-paced environment.
