Job description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Notary Systems Architect** to design, improve, and oversee notarial systems, workflows, and compliance processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and optimize notarial systems and workflows.
* Ensure compliance with applicable notarial laws and regulations.
* Develop policies, procedures, and process improvements.
* Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, and operations teams.
* Lead system implementation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor performance, manage risks, and support audits.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of notarial regulations and document management.
* Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
* Experience with digital notarization and workflow automation is an advantage.
Pay: KD2,300\.000 per month
Work Location: In person
