Job description

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures and produce high-quality images in accordance with physician requests and departmental protocols. • Prepare, position, and educate patients while ensuring comfort, safety, and compliance with radiation protection standards. • Operate and maintain radiology equipment, including X-ray, CT, MRI ensuring optimal performance and image quality. • Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and departmental policies, including RSO-related responsibilities. • Manage radiology administrative duties, including RIS/PACS documentation, billing coordination, inventory control, and maintenance of departmental records. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, accreditation activities, and continuous professional development to enhance patient care and service delivery. • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Imaging/Radiologic Technology. • Valid MOH License/Evaluation Letter as Radiology Technologist. • Minimum 5–8 years of radiology experience in a hospital setting. • Experience as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) or radiation safety coordinator preferred. • Experience in radiology administration, regulatory compliance, licensing, and accreditation activities preferred. • Excellent organizational and administrative skills. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
