Senior Designer Facade

• Lead the design and development of innovative and high-performance facade systems, ensuring aesthetic excellence and structural integrity. • Translate complex architectural visions into detailed facade engineering solutions, collaborating closely with architects and structural engineers. • Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and performance simulations for facade elements, adhering to project requirements and building codes. • Oversee the selection of appropriate materials and construction methods for facades, balancing aesthetics, durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience specifically in facade design and engineering. • Proven expertise in developing complex facade systems for large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional projects. • Proficiency in facade design software (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools.
