Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including contract administration, commercial risk assessment, and compliance with contract terms. • Oversee project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost reporting. • Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variations, claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. • Administer subcontract agreements, valuations, payments, and final accounts. • Monitor project costs against budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Estimation, Finance, and Engineering teams on commercial matters. • Support procurement activities, including subcontractor/vendor evaluation and commercial assessments. • Ensure timely submission, certification, and collection of project progress payments. • Prepare and finalize project accounts, resolve commercial disputes, and support project close-out. • Provide commercial advice and strategic recommendations to project teams and senior management. • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. • Minimum 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in construction/landscaping projects. • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts , contract administration, claims, EOT, cost control, and subcontract management. • Proficient in QS software, MS Office, and project management tools. • Professional accreditation (RICS/CIOB/AIQS) is an advantage. • Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
