Senior Trainer

• Training the new joiners including induction, HR policy rollout, Health and safety, basic fire training, heat training. • Training new joiners on operational training in classroom and on the job. • Evaluating performance of the staff by running reports and adding additional support. • Training staff on new processes if anything new has been implemented. • Creating SOP/ Training Documents for operational processes. • Training on ESS and ISO – OHS awareness. • Supporting new brands to train the staff on understanding their requirements and processes. • Receiving training on new processes and delivering it to the respective group of people. • Recording training documents systematically. • Creating training plans and working to execute them on mentioned time. • Planning trainings as per training need requests from respective brand managers. • Initiating disciplinary procedures against employees breaching Company policies. • Carrying out initial investigations and preparing/submitting reports to HR manager recommending actions. • Designing annual training plans with the training division. • Reviewing training feedbacks and reporting material observations. • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. • Coordinating between management and employees. • Practicing safe working culture, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures. • Reporting any incidents or disciplinary issues to the respective manager. • Knowledge of HR systems and databases. • Knowledge of UAE and other applicable labor laws and regulations. • Knowledge of Health & Safety particularly logistics industry • Hands on experience on developing digital learning content • Active listening and communication skills. • Ethical practice. • People oriented. • Ability to work with different stakeholders of different cultures. • Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
