Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities: • Lead project delivery, including planning, execution, construction supervision, monitoring, and handover. • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring alignment with project objectives, contractual obligations, and stakeholder expectations. • Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure coordinated and timely delivery. • Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and performance reporting. • Monitor construction progress, identify delays and delivery risks, and implement corrective action plans. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable requirements, HSE standards, and quality procedures. • Oversee contract administration, variations, claims assessment, and financial performance in coordination with the relevant specialists. • Maintain project risk registers, develop mitigation measures, and resolve escalated issues and crises. • Coordinate with Saudi government entities and relevant authorities on project requirements, approvals, and delivery matters. • Lead progress meetings and provide clear reports covering performance, risks, decisions required, and recovery actions. • Drive process improvements and ensure effective project closeout, documentation, and handover. Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in Engineering from an accredited university. • Valid professional classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). • Saudi candidates: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. • Non-Saudi candidates: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience. • Strong experience in project management and project implementation/construction supervision. • Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale projects. • Demonstrated professional track record of working directly with Saudi government entities.
