Senior Payroll & HR Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Senior Payroll \& HR Manager** to oversee payroll operations, human resources administration, and employee lifecycle processes. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll delivery, compliance with employment regulations, effective HR operations, and the continuous improvement of people processes. The ideal candidate combines strong payroll expertise, HR leadership capabilities, and a strategic approach to employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities * Lead end\-to\-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits. * Manage payroll compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. * Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution. * Develop and improve payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Manage HR operations including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation. * Partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders on payroll, workforce planning, and employee matters. * Ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and HR best practices. * Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, renewals, and vendor coordination. * Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and payroll\-related inquiries. * Lead HR process improvements through automation, analytics, and technology optimization. * Develop HR reports and workforce insights to support business decisions. * Support employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. * Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. * Mentor HR and payroll team members and establish operational excellence standards. * Support organizational initiatives related to engagement, retention, and employee experience.
