Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Senior Medical Instructor** to lead the development and delivery of high\-quality medical education and clinical training programs. This role is responsible for teaching healthcare professionals, developing instructional materials, evaluating learner performance, and ensuring training programs align with current clinical standards and evidence\-based practices. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical expertise, teaching ability, and leadership skills to advance healthcare education and professional development. Key Responsibilities * Develop and deliver medical education programs for healthcare professionals, students, and clinical trainees. * Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation\-based, and clinical instruction. * Design curriculum, lesson plans, case studies, assessments, and training materials. * Translate complex medical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences. * Incorporate evidence\-based medicine, clinical guidelines, and current healthcare practices into instruction. * Evaluate learner knowledge, clinical skills, and competency development. * Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to medical students, residents, nurses, and healthcare professionals. * Collaborate with physicians, healthcare leaders, academic institutions, and clinical departments. * Maintain alignment with accreditation standards, healthcare regulations, and institutional requirements. * Develop simulation scenarios, practical exercises, and competency\-based assessments. * Lead faculty development initiatives and mentor junior instructors. * Review and update medical training content based on advances in healthcare and medical research. * Support quality improvement initiatives within medical education programs. * Participate in research, publications, conferences, and professional development activities. Required Qualifications * Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO) degree, Nursing degree, Allied Health degree, or other advanced healthcare qualification appropriate to the discipline. * Active professional license or clinical certification where applicable. Pay: BD2,800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
