**We're Hiring \|** Senior Outdoor Sales Executive (Female) **Al Waad Marketing** is expanding its team and is looking for a **results\-driven Female Outdoor Sales Executive** to join our growing agency in **Doha, Qatar**. **Requirements** * **Must be currently residing in Qatar.** * Minimum **3 year of proven Outdoor Sales experience** in a **Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Marketing Agency** within the Qatar market. * Strong knowledge of the Qatari business market and corporate sector. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to generate new business opportunities and build long\-term client relationships. * **Must own a car** and hold a **valid Qatari Driving License**. * **Transferable Visa / NOC is required.** * Fluency in **English** is required. **Arabic** is a strong advantage. * Self\-motivated, professional, and target\-oriented. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and approach potential clients across different industries. * Present Al Waed Marketing's services and customized marketing solutions professionally. * Schedule and attend client meetings and presentations. * Prepare quotations and follow up until closing deals. * Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Submit regular sales reports and update client records. **Compensation \& Benefits** * **Basic Salary \+ Attractive Commission.** * Performance\-based incentives. * Professional training and continuous support. * Career growth opportunities. * Dynamic and professional working environment. **Probation Period** Selected candidates will undergo a **one\-month probation period**.
