Senior Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health Sales

Primary Responsibilities: • Drive sales growth and achieve business objectives across assigned accounts and territory • Develop and execute account plans that increase therapy adoption, product utilization, and market share • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from identification and evaluation to negotiation and successful closure • Lead customer engagements including product evaluations, demonstrations, educational activities, and clinical support initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure long-term business growth • Provide clinical and procedural support when required. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in Neuromodulation, Pelvic Health, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, Urology, or related therapy areas • Experience selling procedure-based medical technologies, implantable devices, or capital equipment • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, sales forecasting tools, and pipeline management methodologies. • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and 8+ years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales within the UAE • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, managing strategic accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth • Experience working with major hospital accounts and healthcare stakeholders, with knowledge of UAE procurement and tender processes.
