Senior Network & Security Engineer

Hiring: Senior Network & Security Engineer Experience: 12–16 Years Location: Qatar Work Environment: System Integrator (SI) We are looking for an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting multi-vendor network and security solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer-facing solution architecture, technical documentation, and leading implementation teams. • Design network and security solutions based on customer requirements, budgets, and security standards. • Assess existing infrastructure and recommend solution improvements. • Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), technical proposals, and presentations. • Design, configure, and troubleshoot multi-vendor security solutions. • Lead implementation activities and oversee deployment teams. • Handle complex technical escalations and network performance issues. • Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and internal engineering teams. • Guide network and security engineers, assign tasks, and present technical reports. • 12–16 years of experience in a System Integrator (SI) environment. • Strong expertise in multiple vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet, and Check Point . • Experience in network and security architecture, design, implementation, and troubleshooting. • Good knowledge of routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, load balancers, IP telephony, and WAN technologies. • Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst/Nexus switches, ISR/ASR routers, and wireless controllers. • Strong understanding of network monitoring, Wireshark, and complex network troubleshooting. • Experience working with industry verticals such as banking, transportation, public sector, or education. • Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. • Knowledge of Qatar security standards.
