Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor | Ras Al Khaimah, UAE We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP QS who has a strong background in cost estimating, quantity take-offs and MEP commercial management and is looking to join an established construction and fit-out business in the UAE. The Role Reporting directly to the MEP Manager , you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for MEP elements across construction projects, while working closely with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing detailed cost estimates for MEP works • Reviewing and interpreting drawings, specifications and project requirements • Conducting detailed material take-offs and quantity surveys • Analysing project requirements and identifying cost-saving opportunities • Preparing estimation reports and supporting commercial documentation • Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Engineers and subcontractors • Reviewing MEP requirements to ensure accurate pricing and scope coverage • Providing technical and commercial support to project teams • Ensuring compliance with company estimation standards and procedures • Supporting effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle About You We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with: • 7 10 years' experience in MEP Quantity Surveying • A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline • Strong experience with MEP cost estimating and quantity take-offs • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications • Strong analytical and numerical skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong communication and coordination skills • Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers • A professional and collaborative approach to project delivery UAE / GCC construction or fit-out experience would be highly advantageous.
