Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Senior Management Consultant** to lead consulting engagements, provide strategic insights, and guide clients through complex organizational challenges. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping business strategies, optimizing operations, and mentoring junior consultants. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic advisory**: Deliver expert guidance on organizational design, business transformation, and growth strategies. * **Client engagement**: Build strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders. * **Project leadership**: Manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. * **Team mentorship**: Coach and develop junior consultants to enhance their skills and performance. * **Market insights**: Analyze industry trends and provide actionable recommendations. * **Performance optimization**: Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and value creation. Qualifications * Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 8–12 years of consulting experience, with at least 4 years in a senior role. * Proven track record in delivering strategic business solutions across diverse industries. * Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. * Familiarity with Oman’s business environment and GCC market dynamics is an advantage. * Expertise in organizational restructuring, financial modeling, and digital transformation.
