Senior IT Project Manager – Retail Banking & Regulatory Transforamtion

• Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation and planning through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and closure. • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and resource requirements. • Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation. • Manage project budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasts, actual spend, commitments, and financial variances. • Coordinate across Business, Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders. • Ensure projects follow the Bank’s project governance, technology, security, risk, and regulatory requirements. • Manage vendors and implementation partners, tracking deliverables, timelines, and contractual commitments. • Prepare and present project status reports, RAG status, key milestones, risks, dependencies, and path-to-green actions to management. • Coordinate testing, implementation readiness, production deployment, and post-go-live activities with relevant teams. • Ensure proper project documentation, governance approvals, handover, and project closure. • Experience Required - 8–10 years minimum experience End-to-end IT project delivery experience Mandatory Skills Project planning Budget management Stakeholder management Project governance Complete project lifecycle management Domain Preference Strong preference for candidates with experience in: Retail Banking Channels Regulatory projects Clarification on Domain Experience Retail banking experience is preferred.
