Senior Interior Designer

**Salary:** 600 – 800 BHD / month (depending on experience) **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Nationality Preference:** **Bahraini nationals preferred** **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced and charismatic **Senior Interior Designer** to lead interior projects from initial client contact through to final delivery. The ideal candidate blends exceptional design sensibility with strong project management and client\-facing skills. **Key Responsibilities** * **Client Management:** Lead meetings, pitch design concepts, gather client requirements, and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships. * Lead project design workflows including spatial planning, material selection, and detail drawings. * Oversee site visits, coordination with contractors/suppliers, and quality control during execution. * Mentor junior team members and review design packages prior to final delivery. **Requirements** * Proven track record as a Senior Interior Designer or Lead Designer. * **Strong experience managing and presenting to clients directly.** * Extensive technical expertise in interior detailing, space planning, and material sourcing. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max (or preferred 3D software), and project scheduling tools. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and team management skills. * Portfolio demonstrating successfully completed interior design projects. Pay: BD600\.000 \- BD800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
