• Lead and manage the complete HR function for TASA Gulf Industry LLC, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes to support organizational growth and workforce efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, visa processes, and statutory requirements.
• Manage blue-collar and white-collar workforce operations, including manpower planning, attendance, shift management, overtime control, and productivity improvement.
• Drive recruitment activities for operational, technical, and managerial positions while ensuring quality hiring.
• Develop and implement KPI-based performance management systems and support appraisal processes.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Manage compensation and benefits activities including salary reviews, benchmarking, and employee benefits administration.
• Ensure accurate HR documentation, employee records, audit readiness, and HR process compliance.
• Support HR digital transformation initiatives through HRMS systems (Odoo preferred).
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, payroll, and workforce productivity.
• Drive employee engagement, training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, cost optimization, and organizational development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree / HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) preferred.
• Minimum 12+ years of HR experience with strong UAE experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager / HR Manager in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or factory environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, and HR compliance requirements .
• Hands-on experience managing large blue-collar and multi-cultural workforce.
• Strong expertise in HR operations, payroll, employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning.
• Experience in implementing HR policies, KPI frameworks, performance management, and HR analytics.
• Experience with HRMS systems; Odoo HRMS experience is an advantage .
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Candidates currently available in UAE with relevant industrial/manufacturing HR experience will be preferred.
