Senior FF&E Designer - Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join a leading hospitality-focused design studio based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven specialist with a passion for furniture, lighting and decorative elements to lead the FF&E package on luxury hotel, resort and F&B projects, from concept sourcing through to installation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and specification of FF&E packages for high-end hospitality projects, including furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, artwork and accessories • Direct the sourcing and selection of products and suppliers in line with design concepts, budgets, programmes and operator brand standards • Oversee the design of bespoke furniture and joinery items, reviewing detailed drawings and specifications for manufacture • Review and approve FF&E schedules, specification sheets, mood boards and presentations for internal review and client approval • Manage FF&E budgets, quotations and procurement strategy, working closely with suppliers, contractors and procurement teams • Coordinate with interior designers, architects and consultants to ensure FF&E is fully integrated into the design • Oversee lead times, deliveries and installation, leading site visits, inspections and snagging • Build and maintain strong supplier and manufacturer relationships, and develop the studio s product and materials library • Mentor and support junior FF&E designers and assistants, fostering a collaborative team environment What s on Offer: • Opportunity to work on prestigious international hospitality projects • Dynamic and creative studio environment • Competitive salary package and benefits • Career growth within a respected design studio If you are a passionate FF&E specialist ready to take the next step in your career and make a significant impact in the hospitality design space, we would love to hear from you. Requirements: • Minimum 8+ years of experience in FF&E design or specification, with a strong focus on hospitality projects • Proven portfolio showcasing luxury hotel, resort, restaurant or F&B FF&E work • Previous GCC experience, ideally in Dubai, with strong knowledge of regional suppliers, manufacturers and lead times • Experience working with international hotel brands and operators is advantageous • Strong understanding of furniture construction, materials, finishes and technical detailing • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Excel, with working knowledge of Revit and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray or similar) • Proven experience managing FF&E budgets and procurement • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
