Senior Executive – Accounting and Tax Consulting – August 2026

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive \- Accounting and Tax Consulting to join our reputed consulting firm based in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a strong audit background, hands\-on experience in accounting and taxation, and a thorough understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: \- Maintain and manage books of accounts for multiple clients across various industries \- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations \- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries \- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports \- Lead and assist in audit engagements \- statutory, internal, and external audits \- Support clients with corporate tax compliance under UAE Corporate Tax Law \- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting as per IFRS standards \- Provide accounting and tax advisory support to clients \- Coordinate with clients for financial data, queries, and documentation \- Assist in payroll processing and WPS compliance \- Mentor and guide junior team members Required Qualifications \& Skills: \- CA Intermediate \- Mandatory \- Minimum 4 years of experience, with a significant portion in a registered Audit Firm \- Mandatory \- UAE experience preferred (candidates with prior UAE work experience will be given priority) \- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and FTA compliance \- Hands\-on experience in audit assignments \- statutory, internal, and/or external \- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Xero \- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office \- Sound understanding of IFRS accounting standards \- Excellent communication skills in English \- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts with accuracy and efficiency Candidate Profile: \- Minimum Experience: 5 Years (Audit Firm experience mandatory) \- UAE Experience: Preferred / Added Advantage \- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the UAE \- Immediate joiners preferred Pay: AED4,000\.00 \- AED6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
