Senior Estimation Engineer (Civil)

Senior Estimation Engineer – Civil Experience: 5–10 Years Job Description: • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil construction projects. • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine material, labour, and equipment costs. • Prepare and review tender submissions, budgets, and cost breakdowns. • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. • Coordinate with project, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure accurate cost estimation. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure estimates meet project requirements and budget targets. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • 5–10 years of experience in estimation within the civil construction industry. • Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Excel. • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and tendering processes. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
