Senior Construction Engineer -Electrical

• Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities for oil & gas EPC projects. • Review electrical drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction procedures. • Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project requirements, and HSE regulations. • Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, commissioning, and subcontractor teams. • Monitor installation of electrical equipment, cable systems, substations, transformers, switchgears, and lighting systems. • Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related technical issues. • Track project progress and support timely completion of construction milestones. • Participate in testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. • Prepare progress reports and support project documentation requirements. • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. • 15+ years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector • 5 years in GCC region • 5 years of experience in similar position • Extensive experience in Oil & Gas pipeline construction projects • Strong knowledge of pipeline installation, welding, testing, and commissioning • Experience in EPC/EPCM project environments • In-depth understanding of HSE requirements and industry codes/standards • Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
