Senior Commercial Coordinator/ Contract Engineer

• Lead the negotiation and finalization of complex commercial agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation for the organization. • Develop and implement robust contract management strategies, overseeing the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out. • Analyze project financials, cost proposals, and pricing structures to identify commercial opportunities and ensure profitability. • Manage client and vendor relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all commercial and contractual matters. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial coordination, contract management, or a similar engineering-commercial role. • Proven track record in negotiating and managing high-value, complex commercial contracts within the [specific industry, e.g., Oil & Gas, Construction, Technology] sector. • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial principles, and risk management frameworks.
