Senior Business Analyst – Corporate Banking & Payments

• Lead the end-to-end analysis of complex corporate banking and payments initiatives, translating business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements. • Collaborate closely with product owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for payment modernization and digital banking platforms. • Design and document comprehensive business process flows, use cases, and user stories for new product features and system enhancements in the payments ecosystem. • Conduct gap analysis between existing capabilities and desired future states, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and customer experience within corporate banking. • Minimum 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate banking and payments. • Strong expertise in corporate banking products, payment systems, and transaction banking. • Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation. • Knowledge of payment platforms, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and domestic/international payment processes. • Experience in stakeholder management, UAT coordination, and end-to-end project delivery. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work closely with business, IT, and cross-functional teams.
