Senior B2B Sales Executive

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking • Pitch and close du business packages: mobile plans, fixed connectivity, internet, and ICT solutions • Manage the full sales cycle: needs analysis, proposal, negotiation, documentation, and activation • Maintain an accurate pipeline and client records in the CRM, updated daily • Achieve monthly and quarterly activation and revenue targets • Handle account management, renewals, and upselling on your client base • Ensure customer documentation meets du compliance requirements • Share market and competitor insights with management • [3-5] years of B2B sales experience, with UAE telecom (du or Etisalat) strongly preferred • Proven record of hitting targets, with figures you can discuss in interview • Existing UAE SME/corporate contacts are a strong advantage • Comfortable with both cold outreach and field sales • Strong negotiation skills and fluent English; Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus
