Senior AI Video Editor & Content Specialist

We are seeking a fast, modern, and execution focused Senior AI Video Editor to produce high performing video content for active international markets. Our top priority is mastery of AI video tools combined with elite video editing skills. You do not need extensive traditional camera setup or videography experience; what we care about is your ability to generate, assemble, edit, and polish stunning, scroll stopping videos using cutting edge AI generation engines. We need someone who understands modern, youthful, and Western aesthetic trends (UK, EU, US) not traditional corporate formats. If you are extremely efficient, know how to maximize AI video generation tools without wasting expensive processing credits, and thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities: • AI Video Generation & Prompt Engineering: Leverage top-tier AI video platforms (e.g., Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Sora, Pika, Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Kling, Luma Dream Machine, higgsfield, Magnific) to generate high quality video assets, realistic lip-syncing, and dynamic visual effects. • Credit & Resource Optimization: Operate AI workflows efficiently by engineering precise prompts and controlling parameters to generate visual assets with minimal token/credit waste. • Post-Production & Assembly: Seamlessly edit AI-generated footage, stock media, text overlays, sound design, and pacing using Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. • Modern Trend & Foreign Audience Alignment: Adapt content to match modern Gen-Z/Millennial Western aesthetic tastes, fast-paced editing hooks, sound trends, and dynamic storytelling styles suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. • Rapid Execution & Problem-Solving: Turn raw ideas or quick scripts into finished high converting video assets rapidly without compromising visual quality. • Have to work fast, under pressure. • 3–5 years minimum in video editing with deep hands-on mastery of generative AI video tools and workflows. • Strong eye for modern typography, color grading, pacing, and viral content formats tailored for UK, European, and American audiences. • Expert prompt engineering skills for video, image, and voice generative models. • High Stress Tolerance & Fast Execution: Ability to work calmly, quickly, and independently under high pressure and tight project turnarounds. • No Complaints, Solution-First Mindset: Resourceful problem solver who figures things out independently when technical or prompt issues arise. • Willingness to perform occasional overtime when needed. Working Hours & Schedule: Our clients and target audiences are based primarily in the UK, Europe, and the Americas . Our working hours align directly with these active time zones: • Monday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM • Sunday: Off • Flexibility: Willingness to extend hours or perform overtime as required by the company.
