Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, payroll, budgeting, and compliance while supporting commercial decision\-making. This role requires someone who is hands\-on, proactive, and confident managing the finance function independently within the UAE regulatory environment. **Key Responsibilities** Financial Management Manage end\-to\-end accounting, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month\-end close. Prepare monthly management reports, including Profit \& Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting. Tax \& Regulatory Compliance Manage UAE VAT compliance, including return preparation, filing, reconciliations, and correspondence with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Oversee UAE Corporate Tax compliance, registrations, filings, and coordination with external tax advisors. Ensure compliance with Free Zone regulations, including Qualifying Free Zone Person (QFZP) requirements where applicable. Manage Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) obligations where required. Treasury \& Banking Manage company banking relationships and payment processing. Monitor cash flow and prepare regular cash flow forecasts. Support working capital management. Accounts Receivable \& Payable Manage customer invoicing with accurate VAT treatment. Monitor collections and outstanding receivables. Oversee supplier payments and maintain vendor records. Payroll \& Audit Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure WPS compliance. Process employee expense claims. Coordinate annual external audits and prepare supporting documentation. Commercial Support Assist with budgeting and forecasting. Provide financial insight on pricing, contracts, vendor agreements, and commercial decisions. Support business growth through accurate financial analysis and reporting. **Required Qualifications** We're looking for candidates who possess: 3–5\+ years of Finance or Accounting experience within the UAE. Strong hands\-on experience with: UAE VAT UAE Corporate Tax Free Zone regulations Experience preparing management accounts independently. Strong understanding of: Financial reporting Cash flow management Accounts Payable \& Receivable Banking operations Experience using accounting software such as: Zoho Books QuickBooks Xero SAP Oracle or similar ERP systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Preferred Professional Qualifications One or more of the following is preferred: ACCA ACA / ICAEW CPA CMA CIMA Chartered Accountant (CA) UAE VAT Compliance Certification **Preferred Experience** Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage: Technology, IT Services, or Cybersecurity industries Managed Services or Subscription\-based businesses Multi\-currency accounting IFRS reporting Transfer Pricing ERP implementation and finance process improvement GCC tax regulations Skills \& Competencies The ideal candidate will be: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
