Senior Accountant

• Tasks and responsibilities: • Review and process payment requests, invoices, and financial documents, and ensure their accuracy. • Supervising supplier payments and financial obligations and ensuring their timely settlement. • Preparing, reviewing, and executing bank transfers in accordance with approved procedures. • Following up on financial settlements and addressing discrepancies and problems related to payments. • Coordination with internal departments, suppliers and banks to ensure that financial operations run efficiently. • Preparing and analyzing periodic reports on payments and cash flows. • Improving payment procedures and increasing operational efficiency. • Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and related regulations. • Qualifications and requirements: • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. • At least 4 years of practical experience in accounting, payments, or financial operations. • Good knowledge of payment procedures, bank transfers, and financial settlements. • Familiarity with accounting principles, financial control and related regulations. • Experience in monitoring cash flows, preparing financial reports, and managing supplier payments. • High analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
