• Supervise CCTV surveillance and control room operations across offices, warehouses and other company facilities; ensure continuous monitoring as required.
• Monitor live camera feeds, alarms and access-control alerts; identify suspicious activities and escalate incidents promptly.
• Ensure CCTV cameras, recording devices, monitors and related systems remain operational; coordinate fault reporting, preventive maintenance and repairs with approved vendors.
• Manage secure retrieval, retention and authorized disclosure of CCTV recordings in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.
• Supervise security guards and control room operators, including duty rosters, handovers, attendance and performance.
• Monitor employee, visitor, contractor, vehicle and shipment movements; enforce gate-pass and access-control procedures.
• Investigate and document theft, loss, safety concerns, unauthorized entry and other security incidents; recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency responses, evacuation support and escalation to management or relevant authorities when necessary.
• Conduct routine security inspections, identify vulnerabilities and implement approved preventive measures.
• Maintain daily occurrence logs, CCTV fault registers, incident reports and periodic security performance summaries.
• Support security audits and inspections; ensure applicable SIRA requirements, confidentiality rules and internal policies are followed.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Security Management, IT, Electronics or a related field preferred.
• Valid SIRA certification appropriate for CCTV monitoring/control room duties is mandatory.
• 5–10 years of relevant security experience, including hands-on CCTV control room operations and team supervision; UAE/Dubai experience preferred.
• Practical knowledge of IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, access-control systems, alarms, incident handling and footage management
