Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard with at least 5 years of experience in maintaining safety and security at the assigned premises. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry and exit points, preventing unauthorized access, conducting security patrols, and ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets. Key Responsibilities • Monitor entry and exit points and verify the identity of visitors, employees, and vendors. • Maintain visitor registers, security logs, and daily incident reports. • Conduct regular security patrols to identify suspicious activities and potential security risks. • Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas. • Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems, wherever applicable. • Report suspicious activities, theft, damage, or security breaches to the supervisor immediately. • Assist in managing emergencies, fire incidents, and evacuation procedures. • Ensure proper checking of vehicles, materials, and goods entering or leaving the premises, as per company procedures. • Maintain discipline and follow all security rules and regulations. • Coordinate with the security supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth security operations. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role. • Minimum educational qualification as per company requirements. • Basic knowledge of security procedures, visitor management, and access control. • Good observation skills, alertness, and attention to detail. • Physically fit and capable of performing security patrols and standing duties. • Honest, disciplined, punctual, and responsible. • Ability to communicate effectively and respond calmly during emergencies.
