Encourage teamwork and collaboration among teachers to strengthen interdisciplinary learning, innovation, and effective teaching practices. Support strong cooperation between preschool and school programs to promote a smooth and consistent educational journey for students. Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment where students and staff can thrive. Monitor school performance, support quality improvement initiatives, and ensure educational activities comply with established standards and policies. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent academic background, preferably supported by postgraduate studies. Previous experience in educational leadership, including school administration, personnel management, and operational oversight. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven ability to build positive relationships and promote collaboration among students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders. Visionary and practical leadership style with excellent decision\-making and problem\-solving abilities. Good knowledge of the Public Education Act and other relevant education laws and regulations. Understanding of collective agreements, employment regulations, and policies governing teachers and school staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams and lead positive organizational change.
