Property Consultant — Secondary Market

Mifrah Properties is looking for an experienced Secondary Market Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. If you know the resale market inside out, you understand what buyers and sellers really need, and you're ready to work with a company that genuinely supports your success — this is your next move. As a Secondary Market Property Consultant at Mifrah Properties, you will manage the full sales cycle for resale properties — from listing and valuation through to negotiation and deal closure. You will work directly with motivated buyers and sellers across Dubai's most in-demand communities. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai's secondary / resale property market • Strong understanding of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and buyer profiles • Proven ability to list, market, and close resale transactions • Excellent communication and client relationship skills • Any nationality welcome • Valid UAE driving licence is a strong advantage • Full marketing support — we promote your listings, you focus on closing • Listings published on leading UAE property portals (Bayut, Property Finder & more) • Dedicated admin support — paperwork, contracts, and coordination handled for you • Competitive commission structure • Employment visa provided • Medical insurance as per UAE Labour Law • A professional, growth-focused team environment • RERA certification is preferred
