Key Skills & Experience: • Hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control. • Strong knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD), Access Risk Analysis, and SAP authorization concepts. • Experience with Firefighter/Emergency Access, access reviews, approvals, and audit compliance. • Experience in end-to-end ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA. • Ability to conduct fit-gap workshops, prepare functional/technical specifications, and support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. • Oracle Fusion-to-SAP migration experience is an added advantage. Preferred Domain Experience: Aviation, airports, infrastructure, construction, facilities management, or other asset-intensive industries. SAP GRC Access Control certification is preferred; equivalent hands-on project experience is acceptable.
